Refund Policy
You can cancel your own ticket 12 hours before the event begins. Please let us know by text if you are not going to make it on any sailing day. Our organisation is run by volunteers, and for safety reasons we need experienced volunteers to be rostered on for each sailing date.
Cancellations due to strong wind forecast.
Each event on a day is subject to weather conditions, which means if the breeze is strong (gusting consistently over16 knots = 30 kms per hour) we will need to cancel. Sailability WA make a decision about a cancellation the day before at 3PM, as this is the most accurate forecast for the following day. Most events go ahead, but in the case that an event needs to be cancelled a refund will be given.
